Previous versions of the OneASICS programme gave all members access to the same benefits. The new update rewards our most loyal customers with a point-earning system and levels of progressing benefits based on how and how often our members engage with us.

If you are a new member, you need to register for a OneASICS account. As soon as you register, you are placed in the Blue Level and have access to the benefits offered in that tier. Point-earning activities such as making purchases or completing challenges will help you advance to higher levels, giving you access to more and better benefits.

Only purchases made online from ASICS.com accrue points. Retail purchases do not accrue points.

Existing members have access to the same benefits that they had access to before. If you are a member who engages often with us, you will get access to more and better benefits.

All existing members start at Blue Level. Existing members do not receive points for any past activities.

OneASICS members can earn points by downloading and using the ASICS Runkeeper app, tracking their activities, adding shoes and smart wearables, completing challenges and more. The more you use the app for your daily activities and goals, the more points you earn and the more benefits you’ll get.

Only purchases made on ASICS.com qualify for points. Completed purchases earn 10 points for every £1 spent. Retail or in-store purchases no longer qualify for points.

ASICS Runkeeper Go is the premium version of the Runkeeper app. With ASICS Runkeeper Go, you have access to additional features like live tracking, fitness reports, premium training plans, guided workouts and others to help you meet your training goals. Yes, OneASICS points expire on a 12-month rolling basis at the end of the month. Level calculation happens at any point-earning or point-expiring event. We give members a 30-day grace period before they lose their level status, meaning that if your level status expires, we give you 30 days to engage again with ASICS to maintain your level.

Previously synced/completed Runkeeper challenges and activities do not count for points. Only go-forward activities tracked and synced through the Runkeeper app will count towards points.

Completing purchases on ASICS.com and completing activities and/or challenges will help you earn points toward maintaining/requalifying for levels. Ordering is the easiest way to earn points and the fastest way to reach or maintain level status.

Member points are used solely to determine tier levels and benefits. Points cannot be used as payment or in exchange for products or services.

If you don’t engage in point-earning activities tracked by the OneASICS programme, your level may be downgraded. Points can never go below zero and will never show a negative balance. Members will always have access to Blue-Level benefits.

If you make a return, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account once the return has been processed. Deducted points may result in level downgrades but will never result in a negative point balance.
