This Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions are made and entered into by and between Driver Easy and the individual or entity applying to become a Driver Easy affiliate. Please read the entire Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure you understand it fully, before registering and promoting as an affiliate. By joining the Driver Easy affiliate program, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions.
1. Enrollment in the Program:
1.1. To enroll in the Driver Easy affiliate program, affiliates must complete an application through Avangate.
1.2. Driver Easy reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion and may terminate an affiliate’s participation if any aspect of the Terms & Conditions is violated.
2. Affiliate Commissions:
2.1. Affiliates will earn a 50% commission on qualifying sales referred through their unique affiliate link or code.
2.2. The commission rate and qualifying criteria will be provided by Driver Easy and may be subject to change.
2.3. The first commission will be paid no sooner than 60 days after you join our affiliate program. Subsequent commissions will be paid monthly, in arrears, for the prior month.
2.4. Commissions will be canceled if the customer you referred issued a refund or chargeback of the initial payment.
2.5. If an affiliate violates any of the rules outlined in these Terms & Conditions, Driver Easy reserves the right to reduce or withhold the affiliate’s commissions.
3. Referral Tracking:
3.1. Commissions will be tracked and calculated based on the Avangate system, which will be the sole determinant of commissions earned.
3.2. The referral period varies depending on the type of link that generated the sale. For a download link, the referral period is 365 days. For a checkout link, the referral period is 120 days.
3.3. Affiliates must ensure that their referral links are properly formatted and utilized in accordance. Driver Easy will not be responsible for any lost commissions due to improper link usage.
4. Marketing and Promotion:
4.1. Affiliate agrees to promote Driver Easy in a lawful and ethical manner, adhering to these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws.
4.2. Affiliate shall not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices, including but not limited to spamming, cookie stuffing, or misleading advertising.
4.3. Pay-per-Click (PPC) advertising strategies are allowed but bidding on any of the following keywords in SEM ads (e.g., Google or Bing) or any other advertisement is prohibited:
- Our trademarks (“Driver Easy”, “DriverEasy”, “driver easy” and “drivereasy”);
- Misspellings of our trademarks (e.g. “Dirver Easy”);
- Variations of our trademarks (e.g. “Driver Ezy”);
- Combinations of our trademarks and other words (e.g. “Driver Easy update tool”);
- Our brand’s coupon (e.g. “Driver Easy coupon”, “Driver Easy promo code”).
4.5. Affiliates must not promote Driver Easy Pro in any way that a reasonable individual would consider misleading, For example, implying Driver Easy Free can update drivers with a single click or guaranteeing that Driver Easy will resolve computer issues.
4.6. Affiliates are prohibited from utilizing AI-generated, plagiarized, duplicated, or spammy content in their marketing efforts. Original, human-generated, and valuable content is encouraged.
5. Intellectual Property:
5.1. Driver Easy grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product’s trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting Driver Easy’s products or services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
5.2. Affiliate must not modify, alter, or misrepresent Driver Easy’s trademarks or promotional materials in any way that negatively affects the brand’s image.
6. Termination:
6.1. Either party may terminate these Terms & Conditions at any time for any reason upon written notice to the other party.
6.2 If we detect the marketing practices of an affiliate violate any aspect of the Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation in our affiliate program.
6.3. Upon termination, affiliates shall immediately cease all marketing and promotional activities related to Driver Easy’s products or services, and all rights and licenses granted shall terminate.
