We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but sometimes things don’t go as expected. If you think that Driver Easy is not acting right, we’d appreciate it if you’d let us know.

Note: We highly recommend you report a bug to us via the built-in Feedback interface. We’d appreciate it if you could write a clear summary and the reproduction step of the bug you met.

What happen after I file a report?

We review bug reports and find issues within Driver Easy. We may need you to supply more information if needed. Once we have more information, we designs tests to reproduce the issue. If the reproduction successes, our developers work on to solve the issue. Before we add the resolution to the new release of Driver Easy, we do a final review to ensure that the resolution fully solve the issue and does not add in more issues.
