Our refund policy is only applicable to customers with a Home / Business Plan. Please note that the Computer Repair Shop License is NOT refundable.

Money-back guarantee

If, for any reason, Driver Easy does not meet your expectations, and you request a refund within 30 days of purchase, we will:

  1. Refund 100% of your purchase price for the current subscription period;
  2. Cancel your ongoing subscription, if you chose auto-renew at checkout; and
  3. Deactivate your Driver Easy license key.

Although we sometimes grant extensions for special cases, at our discretion, generally speaking, if you request a refund after 30 days have elapsed, no refund will be issued.

We do also reserve the right to refuse refund requests in certain (very rare) circumstances. For example, you can’t buy a new license every time you want to scan a computer, then get a refund immediately after. And you can’t buy a new license because you’ve run out of PCs on your existing license, then get a refund immediately after.

It’s all about fair use. We offer our money-back guarantee so you can buy and test Driver Easy Pro without risk, not so you can repeatedly use it for free.

How long will it take to receive your refund?

We use 2Checkout to process Driver Easy purchases and refunds. This means 2Checkout’s refund policy determines the time it will take for you to receive your refund:

  • Credit / Debit card – We process credit / debit card refunds within 1 business day. But it may be 5-7 business days before the funds appear in your account, depending on your bank.
  • Wire Transfer and check – We process wire transfer and check refunds within 5-7 business days. But it may be 10-14 business days before the funds appear in your account, depending on your bank.
  • PayPal – We process PayPal refunds within 1 business day. But it may be 2 business days before the funds appear in your account, depending on PayPal’s processing time.
  • Direct debit – We process direct debit refunds after 6 weeks. We can’t do it earlier than this because banks will not process a direct debit refund until 6 weeks have elapsed since the payment date.
  • Other payment methods – We process other refund types within 7 business days. But it may be up to 14 business days before the funds appear in your account, depending on the payment method.

We reserve the right to extend the standard refund time in exceptional cases with a prior notice to you.

If you’ve initiated a PayPal dispute, 2Checkout will require you to cancel the dispute before our refund request will be accepted. This can result in additional delays.
