Due to an unforeseen technical glitch in our partner payment system in March, certain customer refund orders were unintentionally processed multiple times. Although only one refund transaction was recorded in the system, some cardholders received multiple credits to their accounts.
After careful consideration, we have decided NOT to recover the excess funds that were mistakenly credited to our customers’ accounts. Putting customer trust and satisfaction as the top priority, we’ll be responsible for the financial impact that this incident incurred and ensure you do not experience any undue financial burden.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding and continued support. To prevent similar occurrences in the future, our technical team will collaborate closely with our payment partners to enhance the stability and reliability of our payment processes.
