Fix 1: Delete your wirless profile

You may encounter the “Problem with wireless adapter or access point” problem probably due to your corrupted Wi-Fi configuration profile. In this case, you can delete your wireless profile and then reconnect your wireless network to fix the issue.

Way 1: Using network list

1) Click the Wi-Fi icon on the taskbar. 

2) Right-clik the network your computer is connecting to. Then click Forget.

3) Restart your computer and reconnect to your wireless network. Then check to see if you could access the Internet.

Way 2: Using command prompt

1) Type cmd in the search box from the Start menu. Then right-click on Command Prompt to select Run as administrator.

2) On the open black window, type the following command and press Enter. Note: Please replace the wireless profile name in the command line with your real wireless profile name.

netsh wlan delete profile name="wireless profile name"

3) Restart your computer and reconnect to your wireless network. Then check to see if you could access the Internet.
