If any of your Razer device drivers is old, missing or corrupted, the Razer Synapse may not work. Follow the easy steps below to ensure you have the correct driver for your Razer devices.
- On your keyboard, press the Windows logo key and R (at the same time) to invoke the Run box.
- Type devmgmt.msc and click OK.
- Uninstall all your Razer devices.
