If you can’t start Windows in Normal Mode, you can restore the driver in Safe Mode (See How to Enter Safe Mode in Windows 10).
Follow these steps to roll back the Nvidia driver in Windows 10.
1. Press Win+R (Windows logo
key and R key) at the same time. A Run dialog box will appear.
2. Type devmgmt.msc in the run box and click OK button.

3. Expand category Display adapters. Right-click on Nvidia graphics card device name and select Properties.

4. Click Driver tab. Then click on Roll Back Driver.

5. Then you will get a pop-up window like below. Click Yes button. Then the driver will be restored to previously installed version.

6. Restart your PC for the change to take effect.
After rolling back the driver, you can try installing the correct driver. If you have difficulty updating the driver manually, you can use Driver Easy to help you. Driver Easy works on Windows 10. It has Free version and PRO version. The Free version has limited download speed. If you want to have higher download speed, you can consider upgrading to the PRO version. The PRO version allows you to update all drivers with just one click and restore drivers to previous version easily. The PRO version offers 30-day money back guarantee. You can ask for a full refund if you are not satisfied with the product. Just download Driver Easy now. Use it to fix all problem drivers including the faulty Nvidia drivers.
